title:{HALOSCAN am really dissapointed}

I don't want to put the whole blame on the support team or anything. But! having this kind of ppl handeling and dealing with the customer can drag the whole buiness and its reputation through mud! HALOSCAN do ur self a favor, and get rid of that &^^$%^$, Or just get him into "HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS" trainings. Aaaaah *banfejer* I would happily send my message to them but don't want to get a reply by the same ********.


U think am stupid or trying to play fool with u? oh no, I have no ****** time to do so. Thank u I don't need any support, I'll figure out how to fix this thing MYSELF.

I wish u get FIRED !
